Please ensure you read through all terms and conditions.
Only 4 dogs allowed in the paddock in any sessions booked.. Anyone exceeding this limit will be barred from future use of the paddock.
You must use your time slot allocated and not go into the next time slot, also make sure to vacate promptly so a safe crossover can happen for the next visitor and their dog/dogs.
When entering the driveway please drive slowly and always give way to someone entering the property so no one has to sit on the highway waiting to enter.
You can cancel or change a booked session up to 48hrs prior to the time slot notice, there is no refund for no shows.
No dogs are to be exited from the car unless they are in the secure loading bay area parked waiting to enter the paddock and the gate is secured shut.
Do not let anyone into the paddock on your booking time that isn’t with you.
Do not leave your dog unattended in the paddock
Friends and family are allowed to attend with you, however all guests with yourself are your full responsibility and children should be supervised at all times and not allowed to use the dog equipment or climb trees, fences etc. Surrey Hills dog paddock takes no responsibility for any dog/ person injured whilst using the the dog paddock and if a booking has been made you are agreeing to these terms.
There is a water point however this is not for human consumption, but to wash the dogs paws off and give them a drink if needed. Please always make sure the tap is turned off after use.
There will be no smoking on site, this is a risk to the land when very dry and as we are in the Surrey Hills we want to keep the land beautiful and tidy and safe.
All rubbish and dog mess is to be picked up and disposed of in the correct waste bins supplied by the parking bay, please leave the paddock how you would like to find it.
If you attend the paddock and find there is dog mess or rubbish, please call on 07985604506 as we can monitor the situation. We really don’t want other people having to clear up after your dog, there are cameras so we can monitor the situation.
Due to this field being in the country side, it isn’t a garden and you will find it may contain some hazards which you would find out on a country side walk. The land will be uneven as is a field and there will be some tree butts and trunks, and although we check to make sure there are no toxic plants growing, bird droppings can seed different plants, some of these may cause allergies to some dogs, So please be aware and note that Surrey Hills Dog Park take no responsibility.
All dogs attending the paddock, must be up to date with recommended vaccines and Flea/ Worm and tick treatments. Again, this is to ensure safety for all other dogs attending.
Insurance of your dog should be in good order and 3rd party liability; this may be part of your insurance but worth checking.
If your dog is in season, we would ask you to contact us direct to make a booking out of the busier times.
